15 month checkup

We got back from the doctor's office this afternoon for Sophia's 15 month wellness checkup. She is doing great and is healthy-healthy-healthy! Just like we like her. Her Pediatrician was thoroughly impressed with her vocabulary skills and amazed that she was even saying 2 word sentences at her age. Here are her stats from today:

WEIGHT-- 24 lbs 11 oz in the 67th %tile

HEIGHT-- 31 1/2 inches in the 76th %tile

FOC (head)-- 18 inches in the 41st %tile

She did awesome with her vaccinations and barely even cried. She came home and got some hugs & love from Apollo. He is such the gentle giant around her (like an 85 lb white rabbit) and already so protective of her when strangers come near her, especially when we go out for walks. He's been a good boy and doesn't mind too much when she lays on him or pulls his ears or tail or steps on his feet. She sure does love him. These days Sophia's been on a kissing & hugging rampage. She kisses just about everything--us, Apollo, all her stuffed animals and dolls, the pictures in her books, etc. And she gives the best hugs ever!
