My big brown eyed girl

No longer a baby, my sweet Sophia is blossoming into a beautiful little girl. Of course she will always be my baby no matter how old she gets. It's funny because she is still so small yet with a big personality and grown up attitude. I cherish every moment I get to spend with her and am a little saddened that I won't have that special one on one time with her once baby Isabella gets here. I know she will make a great big sister. She already acts like such a mother hen as it is, always very caring and taking care of mommy & daddy and her dogs.

Sophia's love for music is still strong if not stronger and she sure can dance up a storm. She's really got some rhythm. Her favorite pop song to sing these days is "Baby" by Justin Bieber. haha. She is still enjoying her Kindermusik classes and we are thinking of enrolling her in dance classes and soccer lessons sometime in the near future (only if she likes). If you ask her, her favorite color is BLUE, favorite animal is a DOG, favorite vegetable is BROCCOLI, favorite fruit is a tie between APPLE & PEAR, favorite book right now is probably 'Ladybug Girl at the Beach' (which she has memorized word for word). About a month ago the terrible 2's had reared its ugly head and was really at it's worst. Time outs have worked really well with her as well as taking away her Clifford privileges. In fact, we have not had to use timeouts in several weeks now. So, we are blessed and life is good and cannot wait for the arrival of our second little blessing to arrive in September.
